From New York City:

From the Queens/Midtown Tunnel: Take the tunnel at 34th Street and 1st Avenue to the Long Island Express­way East (Route 495 East). At Exit 70 (Manorville) make right at exit ramp onto Route 111 South and continue to Route 27 East. Route 27 East becomes County Road 39 in Southampton. Make right at Tuckahoe Road, continue to the next light and make left onto Old Montauk Highway. Old Montauk Highway becomes Hill Street in Southampton. Follow Old Montauk Highway for approximately 2-1/2 miles until you see the Southampton Inn on your left just before the movie theater.

From the Triboro Bridge:

Take the Triboro, following signs saying “Eastern Long Island”, to the Grand Central Parkway. Follow Grand Central Parkway to the Long Island Expressway East (Route 495 East), and continue as above at (1).

From Connecticut/Westchester:

Take the New England Thruway (I95 South) to the Hutchinson River Parkway South to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Once over the bridge follow signs for the Long Island Expressway (495 East) and continue as above at (1).

Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (287 East) to the Hutchinson River Parkway South. Stay on right and follow signs for the Whitestone Bridge. Once over the bridge take the Cross Island Parkway East to the Long Island Expressway (495 East) and continue as above at (1).

From New Jersey:

From the George Washington Bridge: Take the Cross Bronx Expressway (ignoring the signs for the Triboro Bridge) for approximately 8-9 miles to the Throgs Neck or the Whitestone Bridge. From the Throgs Neck Bridge, continue as at (3) above. From the Whitestone Bridge, continue as at (4) above.

From Southern New Jersey:

Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 13A (Goethals Bridge) to the Verran­zano Narrows Bridge. Follow signs to the Belt Parkway East, which becomes the Southern State Parkway. Take the exit for the Sunrise Highway, Route 27 East, and continue as above at (1).

From LaGuardia Airport:

Leave the airport and get onto the Grand Central Parkway East. Follow the Grand Central Parkway East to the Long Island Expressway (Route 495 East) and continue as above at (1).

From JF Kennedy Airport:

Leave the airport and follow signs to the Belt Parkway East which becomes the Southern State Parkway. Continue as at (6) above.
